Tonight’s ShigaSake is here. This is Okamura Honke’s ChojuKinkame “Blue 90 Nama Genshu”.

This sake also has a very low rice polishing ratio of 90%.

The first impression of the fragrance is a little unusual with sweetness.

It is sake, but it has a very unique aroma, not unlike that of a herbal liqueur.

The palate is sweet and tart, with a pleasant taste that expands in the mouth. It really doesn’t taste like sake, haha.

This sake may be avoided by those who prefer orthodox sake, but it is a must-try for those who are interested.
