“Toki” is a Sichuan restaurant located in Tainan Syoji, established in 2003.
“Toki” is probably the most special restaurant in Chinatown for me.
In the beginning, I used to go only to “Toki Bekkan” instead of “Toki”.
The reason is that “Toki” is a restaurant specializing in “toshomen noodle” and only noodles can be ordered. So, only “Toki Bekkan” served the hot and spicy lunch.
However, one day “Toki Bekkan” closed and was replaced by “Shinkinko”. After a while, “Toki” also started serving super spicy lunch. After that, I have been a regular at “Toki” ever since.
I have been to “Toki Bekkan” and “Toki” about 150-200 times. My blood is made of “Toki” hot and spicy soup, haha.
