Tonight’s evening drink is here. This is Mochizuki Shuzo‘s SuzuKabuto “Tokubetsu Junmai Nama Gensyu”.
It does not have a fancy aroma, but it has a soft smell that I perceive as being acidic.
Take a sip. And it is not sweet. But it is easy to drink.
The family said, “Oh, no, I’m going to be able to go gulping it down”, haha.
It is dry but has a clean mouthfeel, and I felt it would go well with any food.
In fact, all the meals were delicious. The sake itself was also a gulp.
According to the label, Alcohol: 18%, Sake Degree: +6, Acidity: 1.8.
It is strong, spicy, and easy to drink. It is a very good sake.
