Here is tonight’s sake. Another bottle of “AS TIME GOES BY“. It is “HatsuSakura” by Yasui Shuzojo.
The first impression is that it has a nice aroma that is very typical of Japanese sake. It is the same as “Daijiro”.
I felt that “HatsuSakura” had a slightly better aroma than “Daijiro”. However, my family members said, “HatsuSakura is definitely more fragrant to me, I like this fragrance”.
After all, different people have different tastes and preferences, haha.
And when I took a sip, I found that it was not as dry as “Daijiro”, but it was sharp and dry. It has a clean and simple spiciness. It is a sake suitable for a mealtime drink.
Checking the label, the “Sake Degree” is +6 and the “Acidity” is 2.0. Although these figures are lower than the +8 and 2.8 of “Daijiro”, it still has considerable spiciness and acidity.
This was a big difference from the peculiarity of “Daijiro”. In any case, “HatsuSakura” is a delicious sake. I will drink this sake over a long period of time.
