Today, Fukui Yahei Syoten‘s sake again, HaginoTsuyu “Junmai Ginjo” with ice temperature storage. I got this sake from my friend.
Gentle and elegant aroma, not very sour. It is not as sweet as “Fuku no Shizuku” from the same brewery, and it is moderately dry.
It is a mid-meal sake that seems to go well with any dish and does not spoil the taste.
Today’s dinner consisted of sushi, kara-age, and potato salad, which complemented the flavors of all dishes.
