Today’s sake is Fukui Yahei Shoten‘s “Fuku no Shizuku”. This is “Junmai Muroka Nama Gensyu”.
It has a high alcohol content of 19% and is satisfying to drink.
First of all, a good aroma that is typical of Japan sake escapes through the nose. The mouthfeel is mellow and quite sweet. “Is it okay to be so sweet?”
However, the aftertaste is surprisingly dry. I can drink as much as I want. This is one of my favorites.
