“Is it OK if there are no pictures of food on a website introducing sake?”
It was pointed out to me. That’s right, haha.
So, I’ll upload a picture of my meal.
“Hamo no Otoshi” (Boiled and Chilled Hamo)
With mini-tomatoes, cucumber and arugula. Served with vinegared miso.
“Goya ShiraAe” (Tofu paste with bitter melon)
Fresh Goya (bitter melon) picked in the morning from a farmer in Shiga Prefecture, served with tofu paste.
But a close-up of such a small plate does not look good at all, does it?
So I can only use this one photo at most, haha.
These are the appetizers for my dinner today.
“Hamo no Otoshi”, “Goya ShiraAe”, “Fried shredded beef” and “KoyaDofu”.
Usually I have beer and sake with four or five different appetizers. Well, I’m an old man now, so I eat small meals.
And so, this is today’s sake. Daijiro “AS TIME GOES BY“, which has been open for three days.
Thanks to today’s ShigaSake.
