Best Lunch(13) Toki

This is the “Best Lunch in My Memory”. This lunch was one of the most impressive and delicious meals I had in Chinatown.

Please take your time and enjoy.

Beef Motsu Szechuan Style Salad

Lunch was in Chinatown.
I went to “Toki” on Tainan-syoji Street.

This week’s “Lunch Menu”.

Today, it’s this one. “Beef Motsu Szechuan Style Salad”.

Usual photo.

Today’s new version is cabbage and cucumber. I think it’s good.

The “Beef Motsu Salad” was quickly brought to the table.

Maybe they just put it on a plate when it was already made, haha.

Hachinos (beef reticulum) and other offal with cucumber and pak choi.

Of course, it is covered with a lot of chili peppers.

Looks good…and spicy…doesn’t it?

The preparation seems to have been done well, and the offal has no odor at all.

Hachinos (beef reticulum), in particular, are large and tender.
However, it is spicy!

I can get rid of the big peppers, but not the little ones. It’s all in my mouth.

In no time at all, I was drenched in sweat.

At first, I was sad that I couldn’t see the pak choi, but as I started eating, I was delighted to see a lot of pak choi coming out of the bottom of the dish.

This is the best lunch I’ve ever had.
