This is the “Best Lunch in My Memory”. This lunch was one of the most impressive and delicious meals I had in Chinatown.

sweet-and-sour pork
Lunch was in Chinatown.
I went to “Tohrin” on Fukken Street.
Today’s “Service Lunch” menu.
Today I asked for “sweet-and-sour pork”.
Immediately, small dish, Chinese pickles, soup.
The small plate was “fried chikwa”. The soup was surprisingly tasty.
“sweet-and-sour pork” and rice were soon served.
Fried pork, onions, and green peppers. It was an orthodox looking dish.
The volume of pork is very favorable.
I immediately took a bite of a big piece of pork.
The sweet sauce and pork batter filled my mouth with the fat and juicy texture of the pork.
Oh, it’s so good!
If the meat is tough or dry, it won’t be as good as this.
The taste is only possible because the pork is freshly fried and stir-fried.
Onions and green peppers are well balanced. It is a very high level of “sweet-and-sour pork”. It was a perfect meal.
It was a very delicious lunch.
