This is the “Best Lunch in My Memory”. This lunch was one of the most impressive and delicious meals I had in Chinatown.
Please take your time and enjoy.
Stir-fried white flesh fish with sichuan & red pepper
Lunch was in Chinatown.
I went to “Kyokaro Honkan” on Kanteibyo Street.
This week’s “Lunch Menu”.
Today I ordered the “Stir-fried white flesh fish with sichuan & red pepper”.
First, the usual four-piece set.
Today’s soup was made with eringi mushrooms. There were many small eringi mushrooms in the soup.
Without waiting, “white flesh fish” appeared.
Looks, simple. But.
Bell pepper and red pepper. Their green and red colors are elegant and quite nice.
I immediately took a big slice.
The spiciness of the Sichuan pepper and red pepper soaks into the white flesh fish.
The aroma of garlic, the sweetness of green onion, and the oil that is a combination of all of them are pleasant.
It is very spicy and oily, but surprisingly tasty. I guess the cook must be very skillful.
The vegetables were delicious and so was the fish.
The white rice evaporated into the four dimensional space in no time.
I was completely finished and full. The apricot pudding to finish off the meal.
It was a very tasty and satisfying lunch.
