This is the “Best Lunch in My Memory”. This lunch was one of the most impressive and delicious meals I had in Chinatown.
Please take your time and enjoy.
Stir-fried Matou sea bream with salt
Lunch was in Chinatown.
I went to “Shahoshuro” on Kanteibyo Street.
This week’s “Lunch Menu”.
Today I ordered the “Stir-fried Matou sea bream with salt”.
Immediately, rice, soup, and two small plates.
One small plate is spicy greens and vermicelli. And pickles.
A few minutes later, the “Matou sea bream” was brought in.
“Matou sea bream” is a standard ingredient at this restaurant. It is a delicious fish with firm white flesh.
Shimeji mushrooms, kikurage mushrooms, carrots, and green peppers provide a good balance of color and texture.
The normal salty taste makes the rice go down a treat. Delicious!
I finished the meal completely and had iced coffee and apricot pudding at the end. Now, they are offering free after-meal iced coffee.
I didn’t want it to be too sweet, but it came with separate syrup and milk. I was happy with this service. It was very tasty again today.
