Tonight’s ShigaSake is here. This is Furukawa Shuzo’s Tenjogawa “Junmai Ginjo Nama Gensyu”.
First I put the glass close to my face, and the elegant fruity ginjo aroma wafted out.
The first sip is refreshingly acidic and sweet, as expected, and the fresh taste of the raw sake expands deliciously.
Its balance of sweetness and acidity is not too sweet and fruity, and it is very good. It is delicious!
The feeling when swallowing is also refreshing, with a crisp aftertaste.
It is totally in the strike zone for me, and I can drink as much of it as I want.
It is a really delicious junmai ginjo, but what is surprising is its cosmetics! Isn’t it too cheap? haha.
