Tonight’s evening drink is Fujii Honke’s Kyokujitsu “Shiboritate Karakuchi Junmai Nama Genshu”.
The Kyokujitsu “Hiyoroshi” I drank the other day was delicious, so I continued drinking this one as well.
Because it is a fresh, Nama Gensyu, it has a strong, good aroma that is typical of sake.
And when I took a sip, I thought for a moment that it was mellow, but I was wrong. A strong spiciness soon came over me. Very hard spicy.
Good but spicy, spicy but good!
In a sense, it may be a very hard drink. I still have a lot of training to do, haha.
So, after cold sake, I tried heating sake.
Then, as expected, here it is. The taste has changed to mellow. It is still dry, but tastes better and is easier to drink.
The same “Dry” from the same “Kyokujitsu”. Both sake were delicious, but I thought they were very different.
