Tonight’s evening drink is Fujimoto Shuzo’s Shinkai “YamadaNishiki60 Kimoto”.
This sake is “Kimoto & NamaZake”. Does it have a rich flavor? I have high expectations for it.
When I first bring the glass up to my face, the sweet aroma is just as I expected, foreshadowing the richness of the “Kimoto”.
And when I take a sip, it is smooth. Then, a firm sweetness expands with a yogurt-like fermentation and the richness of sake. I like it.
In the mouth, I can enjoy the delicious sweetness and flavor of the rice while also mixing spiciness and acidity.
“Kimoto & NamaZake” is as expected. It is a taste that sweet taste lovers will not be able to resist.
When swallowed, there is also quite a spicy stimulation, and the sweet feeling in the mouth disappears and the aftertaste is quite refreshing. This after taste is also nice.
I always wish these delicious sakes could be sold year-round as a standard sake.
