This is the “Best Lunch in My Memory”. This lunch was one of the most impressive and delicious meals I had in Chinatown.
Please take your time and enjoy.
Braised lamb in Szechuan style
Lunch was in Chinatown.
I went to “Toki” on Tainan-syoji Street.
This week’s “Lunch Menu”.
Today I ordered “Braised lamb in Szechuan style”.
The usual picture.
Most pickles these days are cabbage. Hard and spicy today.
Waiting for a while. Rice and “Braised lamb in Szechuan style” arrived.
A large amount of soup is contained in a ramen bowl.
Very Dangerous looks. Plenty of coriander is a nice touch.
The top half of the bowl is all thinly sliced lamb.I wonder how many grams are used?
Underneath are kikurage mushrooms, cucumbers, bean sprouts, and scallions.
I love lamb, so I alternated between lamb and vegetables, but it was still very spicy.
In no time at all, sweat broke out like a waterfall and one towel handkerchief died in battle.
The cook grinned at me, but I did my best to finish the meal, haha.
