This is the “Best Lunch in My Memory”. This lunch was one of the most impressive and delicious meals I had in Chinatown.

Pork Shank with Garlic Sauce, Tantan-Men
Lunch was in Chinatown.
Went to “Jukeihanten Shinkan”.
Today we ordered the “Pork Shank with Garlic Sauce“, and “Tantan-Men”.
Soon, a pot of tea, rice, chinese pickles and soup.
A little bit of waiting. “Tantan-Men” is brought in.
Delicious looks to end the month.
I immediately take a sip of the soup. It is as thick as it looks. And I can taste the strong shrimp flavor.
Toppings include plenty of minced meat, bean sprouts, chives, and Szechuan pickles. The soup’s flavor and the ingredients match well and are delicious.
Of course, the noodles are perfectly cooked. I could eat these fine “Tantan-Men” every day.
At about the right time, Syumai is brought in.
One was Syumai with shrimp and the other was meat Syumai. Both were steaming hot and very good.
This is “pork shank”.
I need a drink now that I see it, haha.
Around the shank is collagen. Our skin will be smooth!
The chewy shank goes well with the spicy sauce. We’ll need a beer, haha.
With a full stomach, “apricot pudding” for dessert.
Today it was strawberry sauce. Delicious dessert as always. It was sheer delight♪
