(39) Ninja “Junmai Ginjo Muroka Nama”

Tonight’s evening sake is SekoShuzo’s Ninja “Junmai Ginjo Muroka Nama”.

When I tried it, the first thing I noticed was the refreshing aroma, which is typical of Japanese sake.

The mouthfeel is mellow and comes with a crisp and moderate spiciness. Then comes the rich umami of the rice. It is delicious!

There is not that much sweetness, so it is probably a formal dry sake with a proper flavor.

It has a mild thirst-quenching taste, and although the flavor of the rice remains, the aftertaste is clean and refreshing.

Easy to drink, very good sake.

Thanks to today’s ShigaSake.
