This is the “Best Lunch in My Memory”. This lunch was one of the most impressive and delicious meals I had in Chinatown.
Please take your time and enjoy.
Spicy hot soup with White-fleshed fish & Takana leaf
Lunch was in Chinatown.
I went to “Toki” on Tainan-syoji Street.
This week’s “Lunch Menu”.
The dish I ordered was, of course, “Spicy hot soup with White-fleshed fish & Takana leaf”.
This dish appears several times a year, and I never want to miss it when it appears.
The usual picture.
Today’s pickles are cabbage and carrots.
Waiting for a while. Rice and “Spicy hot soup” are delivered.
Visual, no complaints! haha.
Large quantities of White-fleshed fish and tofu are served in a bowl of ramen noodles.
First, a mouthful of soup. Oh my god!
It’s spicy! It’s so spicy! Are you serious?
It was so spicy that for a moment I really thought this was a bad idea.
My tongue and throat are already numb, I don’t know what it is. Sweat, too, is not humungous.
I regained my composure and slowly ate only white fish and tofu.
I fought hard for 20 minutes. I managed to finish the meal, but one towel handkerchief died in the battle. I was very sorry.
By my count, there were more than a dozen hot chili peppers in the dish. No wonder they are so hot.
