Tonight’s evening sake is EmishikiShuzo’s Emishiki “Sensation Blue”.
This label is said to be last year’s edition, but I bought it because I found it.
First of all, when I put the glass close to my face, what a refreshing fruity aroma.
When I received “Sensation RED,” I think it was a bit more citrusy, but this one has a slightly different fruity aroma.
When I take a sip of it, the sourness comes first, then the sweetness.The spiciness is moderate, and the taste is still cool and refreshing. Delicious!
And the thirst-quenching sensation is not so stimulating, and the aftertaste is clean and crisp.
It has a refreshing aroma, taste, and throat. In a good sense, it is a sake that is not like sake. It is a sake that I can drink as much as I want.
I’m looking forward to the next “Sensation” again.
