Tonight’s evening drink is here. This is Kitajima Shuzo’s Kitajima “Dry Fully fermented”.
I looked at the label of this sake and it said something amazing.
“It is a simple sake, straight as a coniferous tree, brewed with a super light and dry taste. The dry, crisp taste is a great accompaniment to meals.”
And it has “Sake Degree: +10”. Can I drink it?
I took a sip and found that it was indeed dry, but unexpectedly mild and easy to drink without any unpleasant taste. It is a “light and dry” sake.
It is also “simple” spicy and tasty in the mouth. What an impression just as the label says, I have nothing to write, haha.
And “a great accompaniment to meals” is true, but my only thought is that it would be good as an aperitif in a dry sherry kind of way.
It is a delicious “super light and dry” sake.
