This is the “Best Lunch in My Memory”. This lunch was one of the most impressive and delicious meals I had in Chinatown.

Mapo Tofu Lunch
Lunch was in Chinatown.
Went to “Jukeihanten Shinkan”.
Today I ordered the “Mapo Tofu Lunch”.
Soon, a pot of tea, rice, chinese pickles and soup.
This soup is excellent. It was “matsutake mushroom, chicken, and tofu soup,” and it was piping hot and delicious!
The aroma of the matsutake mushrooms was outstanding.
The “Mapo Tofu” was brought to the table.
Totally, always a classy visual.
It looks so good!
It is not extremely hot, but has a good balance of “spiciness” and “deliciousness”. In a sense, it is a royal road for everyone.
In fact, it is really a delicious “Mapo Tofu”. Of course, it goes well with rice.
I was completely finished and full. There were two choices for dessert: coffee or “apricot pudding”, so of course I chose the “apricot pudding”.
The mint and wolfberry nuts on the top look so delicious. I was satisfied.
