(25) Matsunotsukasa “Tokubetsu Junmaisyu”

Tonight’s evening drink is here. This is Matsuse Shuzo’s Matsunotsukasa “Tokubetsu Junmaisyu”.

When I put the glass close to my face, I could smell the elegant aroma. I like it.

I take a sip of it and first comes sourness and sweetness. Refreshing and easy to drink is my first impression of this sake.

”Sweet, refreshing, and elegant”, My family put it in three words, haha.

In the mouth, after the sourness and sweetness, the delicious taste of rice comes slowly, followed by a bit of spiciness.

The flavors are integrated and very well balanced.

When swallowed, it feels refreshing, but it is sharp without lingering.

The label reads “Sake Degree: -3, Acidity: 1.3,” which I thought was an ideal value for our family’s tastes.

It’s a very delicious sake.

  • Grade : 3 (RPR:60%)
  • Alc : 15%
  • Price : 720ml 1,485yen

Thanks to today’s ShigaSake.
