Tonight’s evening drink is here. This is NaminoOto Shuzo’s NaminoOto “Eetokodori Tokubetsu Junmai Muroka Nama Gensyu”.
The last time I drank this brewer’s sake was “Te to Te”, so I imagined it to be a gorgeous fruity type, but it was totally different.
When I put my face close to the glass, a rich aroma suddenly hits my nose.
And when I took a sip, I thought to myself, “It’s so rich! It also has a sour taste!
The strong rice flavor and firm acidity appeal to the palate.
“That’s dense!” I said again.
I don’t get that tingly in the throat, but as the alcohol falls into my stomach, I’m like, “Oh, they’re gone,” haha.
And to make up for the loss, I immediately take another sip.
The presence of alcohol is so great that I could drink as much as I want with just light snacks.
Rather than being a drink to complement the food, the sake is the star of the show.
Very thick and tasty!
