This is the “Best Lunch in My Memory”. This lunch was one of the most impressive and delicious meals I had in Chinatown.
Please take your time and enjoy.
Stir-fried White Flesh Fish and Vegetables with Chili Peppers
Lunch was in Chinatown.
Went to “Keitokuchin” on Ichiba Street.
This week’s “lunch menu”.

Today I requested “Stir-fried White Flesh Fish and Vegetables with Chili Peppers”.
Immediately, rice, soup, and two small plates.

The small plate is the standard tamari pickles. The other is a salad of duck meat, cucumber, tomato, and kikurage mushrooms.
I want to drink beer! But I can’t.
A few minutes later, the “White Flesh Fish and Vegetables” appeared.

Since it is a vegetable, I somehow had an image of a green dish, but it was different.
Lentils, young corn, red peppers, kikurage mushrooms.

Many ”White Flesh Fish” could be found, although they were hidden under the vegetables.
I crunch into a bite, the flavor is soaked into the dusty thin koromo, yummy!
It was not so spicy and easy to eat.
The lotus root is crunchy and the kikurage mushrooms are plump. It is a delicious dish.
I completely finished it and had apricot pudding for dessert.

Four uncles were drinking beer with four kinds of lunch and mapo tofu.
What a great way to have fun! I envy them no end.
