Tonight’s evening drink is here. This is FurukawaShuzo’s Tenjogawa “Junmai Daiginjo Namazake”.
When the cap is opened, the aroma of the sake is very good, as expected from a Daiginjo and Namazake. It’s good.
The initial mouthfeel is very smooth. As expected, sweetness and acidity spread in the mouth.
I am rather fond of sake that is sweet and sour, so I like it very much.
However, I think it’s a little too sweet, perhaps because I’ve been having a lot of dry sake evenings lately.
Humans are easily accustomed to habits, haha.
But when I swallow it, the sweetness is gone, on the contrary, it feels tangy.
This is one of the interesting and favorable aspects of sake.
Therefore, it goes well with meals because it does not leave a sweet aftertaste.
It is my kind of sake that is very tasty.
