(14) Kazuhiro “Usunigori” (Lightly cloudy)

Tonights evening drink is here. Kazuhiro “Usunigori Junmai Ginjyo NamaZake” from NakazawaShuzo.

Following Furosen was a “Lightly cloudy” sake.

When I opened the bottle, I could smell the good aroma coming in. I am looking forward to drinking it.

However, when I poured a glass of it… Huh? Not cloudy, haha.

On the left is tonight’s “Kazuhiro” and on the right is “Furosen”. The color of “Lightly cloudy” is clearly different.

Even the same “Lightly Cloudy” can be very different depending on the brewer. I am learning a lot from this.

I immediately drink the first glass.

As the refreshing aroma suggests, it has a soft mouthfeel. It also has a nice acidity.

The aroma suggested a little sweetness, but when I put the sake in my mouth, I could feel the sake’s umami and moderate spiciness.

The sake was smooth and easy to drink, with a spicy aftertaste that lingered well.

It is a very delicious sake.
