Daishin-en is a Shanghai restaurant located on Kanteibyo Street.
Many people think of Shanghai cuisine, such as “Shanghai crab,” but the specialty here is “Wantan“.
The word “Wantan” is usually associated with “Wantan soup” served in a bowl of ramen.
However, Daishin-en also offers “Tsuke Wantan”, “Yaki Wantan“, and “Age Wantan“.
Many people order all four kinds of “Wantan“, beer and Shaoxing wine.
I am one of them. Among them, I think my favorite is “Tsuke Wantan”.
And, of course, it is not only the “Wantan” that is delicious here. All the dishes are consistently delicious.
I once had a banquet with about 15 people, and everyone loved it, which made me very proud.
