This is the “Best Lunch in My Memory”. This lunch was one of the most impressive and delicious meals I had in Chinatown.
Please take your time and enjoy.
pork with ginger
Lunch was in Chinatown.
I went to “Daishin-en” on Kanteibyo Street.
Today’s “Lunch Menu”.
Today I asked for “pork with ginger”.
Immediately, tea, pickles, small plate, soup, and rice.
Pickles are radish leaves. Small plate is bean sprouts, carrots, and wakame seaweed. Soup is Chinese cabbage and egg.
They may not look fancy, but they are all decently tasty.
Then, a few minutes later. The “pork ginger” arrived.
It’s not flabby, thinly sliced pork belly. It’s proper thick meat.
Oh, no, this is exactly what I was hoping for. Exactly what I was expecting.
I immediately snapped a large slice. The meaty flavor spread into my mouth. The flavor is of course sweet and spicy soy sauce. The ginger is also very effective.
The onion is a nice combination with the pork, and the cabbage underneath absorbs the sauce again and is very good. Oh, it’s delicious!
Just in time, apricot pudding. It is also tasty.
It was a nice lunch.
