Tonight’s ShigaSake is Emishiki Shuzo’s Emishiki “Sensation White”.
It is not the standard product “Sensation Hiire” but the winter-only “Namazake”. I am looking forward to it.

First of all, the fragrance is fresh, cool, and good. It’s not exactly a fruity scent, but it has a freshness to it that I really like.
The mouthfeel of the drink is pleasantly acidic and sweet. It is slightly cloudy white, which is good for a mellow taste.

Not in a bad way, but not at all like sake. It’s like juice or cider, haha.
The slightly tangy flavor is like a soft drink for adults. Delicious!
The aftertaste is clean and refreshing, and I can drink as much as I want without food.
