(13) Furosen “Usunigori Yamahai”

Tonight’s evening drink is here. Furosen “Usunigori Yamahai Junmai Ginjyo Nama Gensyu” from UeharaShuzo.

This drink is, you know, bad. The family is hooked on it, haha.

She had a strong impression of the bottle when she first drank it, and the moment she saw it, it was like Pavlov’s dog or catnip to a cat.

Of course, it is one of my favourites too.

First of all, the aroma is unique, promising sweetness and acidity, and a slight cloudiness creates a soft image.

When I put it in my mouth, it has the right amount of sweetness and a nice sourness that comes on slowly. It is also full-bodied and full of flavour.

It has a smooth throat and aftertaste, so as soon as I finish it, I am tempted to bring the glass back to my mouth.

In short, it is a sake that runs out quickly. Oh, hey, don’t drink so much!
