This is the “Best Lunch in My Memory”. This lunch was one of the most impressive and delicious meals I had in Chinatown.

Wok-fried shrimps and scallops with spicy sauce
Lunch was in Chinatown.
I went to “Kyokaro Honkan” on Kanteibyo Street.
This week’s “Lunch Menu”.
Today I found the “Wok-fried shrimps and scallops with spicy sauce”. The scallops (=mini scallops) here are always in great quantity.
And then there are shiba shrimps. I had high expectations.
Soon after, water, oshibori (hand towel), and the usual four-piece set.
The soup is tomato and egg, my favorite. The acidity is pleasant.
In a few minutes, the “Mini Scallops & Shiba Shrimps” arrived.
The amount of mini scallops is as expected.
As the name “spicy sauce” suggests, it looks quite spicy!
The taste was literally savory, spicy (KD6), and garlicky.
There were so many garlic slices in it, I ate a lot of it.
Of course, the shrimps and mini scallops in the hot and spicy sauce were naturally delicious.
I want a beer!
I could drink two medium mugs of beer with this dish, haha.
I finished it in no time and had apricot pudding for dessert.
It was a very delicious lunch.
