Tonight’s evening sake is HiraiSyoten‘s Asazio “Kuma Anayori Semeru”. It is “Junmai Muroka Nama Gensyu”.
This is also a superb label. The cap and school bag are GREAT!
This “Kuma”(bear) is a schoolboy.
When I drank it, the aroma was gentle and the first sip was easy to drink.
The richness and spiciness come later, and it is definitely a sake with a long aftertaste.
My sake has been dry lately, so today it was mild and easy to drink.
