Here is tonight’s evening drink. This is “Sanrensei (black)” by MifukuShuzo.
It is “Junmai Nama Genshu“.
When I put my face close to the glass, it smells so good. I like it.
However, when I took a sip, it suddenly became very spicy. It is quite sharp and dry.
The label says “Sake Degree” is +6 and “Acidity” is 1.6. Yes, it is quite dry.
My impression is that it is delicious with any food. The sharp spiciness suited me very well.
By the time I realized it, it was already empty, haha.
