I was recommended a rare sake, so I liked it and bought it.

“AS TIME GOES BY“, a name meaning that the sake made in the 2020 brewing year has been aged for three years.
A set of two brands, “Daijiro” and “HatsuSakura”. This is a collaboration project between HataShuzo and YasuiShuzojo.

This is the “HatsuSakura” label.
- Grade : 1 (RPR:80%)
 - Rice : Tamasakae
 - Alc : 16%
 - Kimoto, Junmai
 

This is the “Daijiro” label.
- Grade : 1 (RPR:80%)
 - Rice : Ginfubuki
 - Alc : 16%
 - Kimoto, Junmai, NamaZake
 
There are many similarities.
